TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Telemetry RN in Anderson, South Carolina, 29621 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Telemetry Job
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Required License: Nursing License Required (Pending License
Accepted) Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Completion of
Modules Pre-Start Job Description: - Provide high-quality patient
care in the telemetry unit. - Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of
1:5/6. - Flexibility to float within the scope to meet facility
needs. - Acceptance of first-time telemetry nurses. - Required to
work every other weekend. - Complete a 16-hour orientation before
commencement of duties. - Modules need to be completed online,
taking an average of 2 hours. - Required to confirm the completion
of modules before start date. - Flu vaccine is mandatory, with
medical or religious exemptions considered. - Participate in a
resource pool, floating to multiple telemetry or medical-surgical
units. Note: Local travelers are accepted with the same conditions
