Job Description:
M-F option, provider will be busy and can work up to 40
hours/week
--- Can book 3 or 6 month blocks
Work Details:
--- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 40hrs per week
--- Patients per day: 3 5 per day
--- Patient Population/Age: 18yrs and older.
EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
--- Board Certification: BC
--- License Required: SC
--- Certifications Required: CRNA, BLS
--- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience
