Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Defect Claims Director
to supervise a team of adjusters and manage construction defect
claims.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the handling of claims, including reserving, documentation,
and settlement
Conduct quality audits of staff work and ensure adherence to
standards
Manage personnel administration, including evaluations and training
of team members
Required Qualifications
Thorough understanding of insurance laws and principles of coverage
and liability
Valid adjuster's license in appropriate jurisdictions or ability to
obtain one
College degree or 10 years of equivalent experience
Previous supervisory experience in claims management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
