Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Success Coordinator to support
Real Estate Agents in enhancing client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring
timely completion of paperwork
Act as a liaison between agents and clients, facilitating effective
communication and updates
Oversee agent onboarding and provide training on real estate tools
and technologies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing or support role
Experience with project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana,
Trello)
B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Previous property/hotel management experience is helpful but not
required
