Your ImpactThe Executive Recruiter will partner with Lowe's
business, human resources and talent acquisition leaders team to
identify and secure talented professionals for critical leadership
roles across the enterprise. We are seeking a polished, creative,
accomplished Executive Recruiter who understands the importance of
building strong relationships with candidates and business leaders
alike, and brings focused experience in hiring for diverse
leadership roles. The Executive Recruiter will provide a
consultative, strategic approach to Lowe's executives and leaders,
and build solid rapport and long-lasting relationships with
candidatesWhat you will doDevelop and implement effective and
innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and source
high-quality leader/executive level candidates for open leadership
rolesProvide a superior candidate experience through clearly
defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely
updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing, from
strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding.Develop,
drive, and manage strong relationships with hiring leaders, human
resources partners and HR COEs.Source and identify diverse slates
of qualified passive candidates using creative, out of the box
recruiting methods.Build talent networks and knowledgeable industry
sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.Conduct
on-site/remote interviews, participate in debriefs, perform
detailed reference checks, and negotiate and present complex
offers.Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively
at all levels of the organization.Develop diverse talent pool
through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation,
networking, and direct sourcing.Provide direction to and partner
with Executive Talent Acquisition Analysts.Individual
ContributorRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Business or
related field Or relevant experience and 8-10 Years Progressive
corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on
executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive
market5-7 Years Experience in successfully planning and executing
search projects on an end-to-end basis from intake through
close/onboarding3-5 Years Experience in negotiating offers/packages
with senior-level candidates3-5 Years Understanding of executive
compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to
analyze complex compensation packages and propose appropriately
competitive offers5-7 Years Strong relationship management skills
with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with
both candidates and hiring leaders5-7 Years Experience in designing
and conducting in-depth competency and behavioral based interviews
and evaluating candidate profiles5-7 Years Experience managing
multiple complex projects simultaneouslyPreferred
Qualifications:3-5 Years Search firm/agency experience3-5 Years
Knowledge of/experience with a candidate management system, social
networking platforms, CRM and/or ATS3-5 Years Retail industry
