• the overall nursing practice standard of the specialty area in which it is assigned, reporting to Department Director.
• unit standards during assigned shift, reporting to House Supervisor. By utilizing established principles of delegation, supervision and independent judgement to direct the activities of all licensed and non-licensed care givers and support staff ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources during assigned shift.LocationLake Norman - Mooresville, NC -Shift Schedule:Night ShiftsRequired Qualifications at this LevelEducationRequires current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina; BSN preferred. -ExperienceOne to three years previous supervisory experience highly preferred; three to five years previous clinical nursing experience in applicable specialty area required. -Degrees, Licensure, and/or CertificationRequires current American Heart Association BLS certification.
