Job Description:
Job Description Provide first-tier, technical support & problem
solving management to end users on issues of computer operations,
including installations, setup, error messages and application use.
Candidate must have the ability to identify research and resolve
technical problems in a Windows 10 & 11 environment. Candidate
would need to have superior customer service skills, ability to
document and track requests for assistance and escalate unresolved
issues to higher level support in accordance with established
policies and procedures.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Hands-on experience with MS Office M365 Applications, Microsoft
Edge and Outlook - Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Citrix, VPN
and Remote access- Experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop
computers, along with a variety of peripheral support- Ability to
manage Active Directory user, group and computer accounts-
Experience in installation and support of PC hardware and
peripherals, such as HP printers- Basic understanding of networking
technologies and protocols such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and
VPN client configuration- Knowledge of security applications
including antivirus software- Knowledge of iPhone, Microsoft
Authenticator and Microsoft InTune a plus- High level reading
comprehension, speed and able to take action from
instructionsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills 3+ Years with
HS or 2+ Years with AA or 0+ Years with BS; A+ Windows, Microsoft
M365 Office suite, Active Directory, Service Now ticketing
software, remote troubleshootingPay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $41200 - $65900Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
