Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Executive to manage
service delivery programs within a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate various service delivery teams to align with
company objectives
Engage with C-suite executives to review performance, present SLAs,
and discuss improvement plans
Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings within
existing client accounts
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a
related field; a master's degree is preferred
A minimum of 8-10 years in a service delivery role with experience
in managing large, cross-functional teams
Proven experience in delivering large services programs within a
matrix organization
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate
teams
Experience engaging with and negotiating at the C-level executive
level
