Job Description:
A company is looking for an Estate Planning Support Team
Associate to provide customer support in their estate planning
product.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client support issues via phone, email, and live
chat
Assist in creating and maintaining Knowledge Base / FAQ
documentation
Support escalation of user or partner issues and coordinate
resources for resolution
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer support, success, and/or
implementation
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to build rapport with customers and address escalated
issues promptly
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
