Job Description:

A company is looking for a Development Associate to support fundraising efforts and donor relations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain donor systems and ensure accurate donor records
Support the planning and execution of special events
Conduct prospect and donor research

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years of administrative and/or fundraising support experience
Experience with Every Action or a similar CRM preferred
Interest in fundraising or international development
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
