A company is looking for a Bilingual Seasonal Healthcare Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish
Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns regarding health insurance policies and personal account updates
Collaborate with team members to provide solutions for customer needs and issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute
Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week
