Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Fabrication Processing Packaging _.

Seeking experienced field service tech with track record installing, retrofitting, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and programming automated production lines to assume inhouse telephone based technical advisor and coordinator position.

Activities:

*** Maintain telephone based relationship with installed customer base to solve maintenance and setup issues.

*** Handle incoming requests for repairs, equipment modifications, upgrades, retrofits, preventative maintenance etc.

*** Coordinate a team of field service technicians and schedule retrofit, repair, modification, upgrade, and maintenance activities for automated industrial production lines.

*** Develop and manage long-term equipment service and customer engagement programs to increase warranty attachment rates and service contract sales.

*** Assign field technicians, third party contractors, and other manpower resources to projects based on urgency and difficulty.

Requirements:

*** Experience as a field service engineer or maintenance mechanic maintaining automated consumer product packaging machinery.
