Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse (Medical Ally) to
provide educational patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities
Support participants in achieving clinical outcomes through health
coaching and information
Educate callers about clinical services and provide immediate
assistance as needed
Maintain accurate case notes and manage assigned workload while
adhering to confidentiality regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Registered Nurse with an Associate degree; BSN preferred
Current RN/LVN/LPN license in good standing; compact state license
preferred
Experience in a clinical setting providing direct support to
patients
Proficient in computer and internet navigation skills
High-speed internet service required
