      • Online Orientation Acknowledgment- Facility will provide the traveler with a link to do the online orientation, which will need to be done asap. An email confirmation confirming completion or screenshot will need to be provided so CL can alert facility it is complete
      • Badge Photo - A JPG head shot picture of candidate is required prior to start. It does not have to be professionally taken as long as the picture is clear.
      • Candidate must review prior to start - nothing to turn in.
      • Exemptions - Candidate will need to complete Facility exemption form. If requesting religious exemption, a personal statement must be included with exemption. For medical exemption, must provide supporting documentation from a physician. CL will send exemption requests to facility for approval.
