Job Description:
The Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) serves on the
executive leadership team and leads efforts to cultivate a
workplace where every person is valued, respected, and empowered to
grow.This role is responsible for cultivating a high-trust,
purpose-driven, and unified culture rooted in Christian principles
and our organizational identity: Lead with Love, Serve with
Purpose. The CPCO leads strategic initiatives that empower our
people, foster innovation, and advance unity to ensure long-term
sustainability and impact across the communities we serve. The CPCO
oversees all aspects of the team member experience and helps ensure
the YMCA of Greater Charlotte remains a place where people feel
they belong and can thrive-spirit, mind, and body.Culture
