Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Manager to analyze market
trends and improve performance for homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Implement revenue management operations and best practices
Identify new revenue opportunities across all OTA platforms
Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and provide dynamic
forecasts
Required Qualifications
1+ years in revenue management or 3+ years in a finance-related
field
Background in real estate and/or short-term rentals preferred
Experience with systems like Guesty, Wheelhouse, and Salesforce
Ability to think strategically and tactically in a management or
senior contributor role
Impeccable project management skills to handle multiple
priorities
