Job Description:

A company is looking for a Care Navigation Manager who will oversee a team providing support for seniors navigating dementia care.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a remote team of Care Navigators and promote their professional growth
Ensure effective daily operations and identify process improvement opportunities
Monitor patient and caregiver satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of healthcare management experience
Bachelor's degree required; preferred degrees include MHA or MBA
Preferred clinical experience working with an electronic health record
Strongly preferred experience managing people in a remote environment
Experience in healthcare regulations compliance, including HIPAA
