Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Service Excellence & Americas Ops Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the Digital Customer Experience platform and service strategies
Ensure client satisfaction by meeting KPIs and service level agreements
Lead teams responsible for Service Excellence, Workspace services, and Digital Operations in the Americas

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience leading diverse teams, including remote groups
3+ years of experience deploying and leading managed service agreements
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
