Identity Defense

Day to Day:

MFA Rollout: Support the continual rollout of existing and new MFA features (e.g., Security USB Keys, physical badges, MFA for Desktop, third factor authenticator).
Documentation: Produce end-user documentation for new functionalities.
Troubleshooting: Aid in troubleshooting MFA and identity verification issues.
Collaboration: Work with security engineering teams, product management, Corporate Communications, Global Service Desk, and Identity Defense teams.
Communication: Clearly communicate the steps for adoption and the value proposition of new features.
Data Management: Manage data using Excel reporting and incident management systems like BMC Remedy.
Training: Quickly grasp cybersecurity concepts and protocols as part of on-the-job training.
Customer Support: Troubleshoot with customers in a calm and effective manner.



Must Have:

Must Haves:

Strong technical writer experience
Excellent communication skills
JIRA and BMC Remedy experience
Understanding process flow and working with end users
Self Starter
Writing Styles: Explanatory and procedural writing for multiple audiences.
Cybersecurity: Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
Financial Institution experience
