As an Accounting Clerk, you will be part of the dynamic Finance Department, supporting operations and making sure the numbers add up! The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and great communication skills, which will align perfectly with our clients fast-paced and friendly environment.Job Title:

Pay Range:
$18 - $23 per hour (Depending on Experience)Whats the Job?

• Tackle accounts payable and receivable with flair
• Keep financial records organized and up to date
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts like a pro
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Team up with the finance squad to support smooth operations
• Back up Accounts Payable and daily USPS mail pick up and drop off
• Posting all cash, credit card, and ACH payments
• Assist Accounts receivable with researching customer accountsWhats Needed?
• Must have 2 years of recent experience and an excellent work history!
• Experience with MSOffice and proficiency with excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate Data Entry Skills (youre basically a detective)
• Stellar communication and teamwork skills
